Skilled Maiden - 07/04/22

Happy Fourth of July! Today we start a new cycle. For the next six weeks, we are going to work on conditioning and core strength. While you'll still be lifting, we are going to do it in a high intensity interval training model. You'll need a timer to complete the workouts. I highly suggest the Interval Timer App. Track how many reps you complete of each exercise. The goal is to get more reps in during each round.
