Skilled Maiden - 2/21/22

This week we are increasing the reps! You might find that you have to go down in weight in order to complete the amount of reps prescribed, and that is okay. Work through the rep count, while being sure that you're still paying attention to the amount of reps you have in reserve. know it is repetitive to do the same exercises over and over, but progress is better measured when you do so.
