Welcome to the next cycle of Skilled Maiden! This cycle will run 6 weeks, and then a deload week will be built in. As you progress through the workouts, be sure to increase your weight as necessary. Remember to note how difficult each set is. If you feel that you have more reps in reserve than you should, increase the weight. Training this way is a practice of mindfulness. Being in tune with how you feel after each set is the best way to understand whether or not your weight selection is a good fit for you.
