Skilled Maiden - 4/11/22

The warm up and cool down stay the same as we move into week 4 of this cycle. The reps and sets are increasing again, but they will drop down in week 5 and 6, as you push to lift more weight. Pay close attention to how you're feeling through the set. Adjust your weights accordingly.
