This week begins a cycle that will include paused repetitions and tempo repetitions. Pause repetitions are when you pause at a certain point for two seconds and then continue the rep. Tempo repetitions are when you follow certain counts. For instance, when performing a squat, you would take 4 counts to go into the a full squat, then hold for 2 seconds, then stand up for one count.
