I hope last week gave you a challenge as you've increased the amount of reps you are performing. If you had to go lighter, that is totally okay. This week, as you are completing your reps, use a heavier weight to get through as many reps as possible, and then use a lighter weight to finish out the reps. See how many you can do with the heavier weight. This will be the number to beat next week.
