Skilled Maiden - 4/18/22

Two more weeks until we hit another deload! For the next two weeks, you will be completing less repetitions. This gives you the opportunity to up the weight you are using, which will build strength. Use weight that completely fatigues you by the end of the set. The last rep should seem impossible, and you may have to dig deep to complete it. That's what we are going for! You'll surprise yourself. I'm sure of it.
