Week 3 of this cycle! The reps and some sets increase this week! It will be more challenging, so be sure to lean into what your body is feeling. If you have to drop weight during the second or third set, no worries! Getting all of the reps in is more important than staying at the same weight for all of the sets. Just as a reminder: If the rep count is 6-11, you should have 1-3 more reps left in the tank. If the rep count is 12-20, you should have 0-2 reps left in the tank.
