Taking notes during your exercise can help you retain information better. You can reflect on what each lift feels like, how the weight moves, and how you tired you are after each set. When planning out what weight you will use for each exercise, looking back on those notes can be very helpful. It gives you a clear idea of how your body felt during that time. Relying on our memory to give us an accurate representation of how we were feeling is often difficult. We know we were tired, but that's about it. This week, as you move through these familiar movements, take notes on how each set feels. You can reflect on these in week four when we lower the reps and up the weight!
